These terms apply to use of the DEEN COLLECTION website and store. DEEN COLLECTION is based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, serves customers across Pakistan, and is owned by Rao Saad, who also developed the website and digital experience.
Products and information
We aim to present product names, descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, colours and other information accurately. Minor colour differences may occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Product specifications that depend on a supplier will be stated only when reasonably verified.
Prices
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. Any applicable delivery charge is shown separately according to the current Shipping & Delivery policy.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be held or cancelled before dispatch because of stock availability, pricing or technical errors, failed verification, suspected misuse or another reasonable operational issue. If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Only payment methods actively displayed at checkout are available for use. Cash on Delivery may require order verification before dispatch. Never send payment to an account or number that is not provided through an official DEEN COLLECTION channel.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timing, charges, return eligibility and refund handling are governed by the current Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Returns policies displayed on the website.
Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate order and delivery information. Notify DEEN COLLECTION if you believe an account has been used without authorization.
