DEEN COLLECTION is based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan and delivers to customers across Pakistan. The store is owned and developed by Rao Saad.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is PKR 250 per order across Pakistan. Orders of PKR 4,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 3–5 working days for most locations in Pakistan. Remote or less frequently served areas may take approximately 5–7 working days. These are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery coverage
Current delivery coverage is within Pakistan only. International delivery is not offered unless DEEN COLLECTION explicitly adds that option in the future.
Payment methods
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the primary launch payment method for eligible orders across Pakistan. Any prepaid method—such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or card payment—will only be considered available when it is explicitly shown and enabled at checkout.
Order confirmation
DEEN COLLECTION may contact the customer to verify an order, delivery address or phone number before dispatch. Orders containing incomplete or unverifiable information may be held until confirmation is received.
Parcel condition
Courier policies may not allow a parcel to be opened before payment. If a parcel appears opened, severely damaged or tampered with on arrival, refuse delivery where possible and contact DEEN COLLECTION promptly with the order details.
Tracking and delays
Tracking information will be shared when available. Courier delays can occasionally occur, particularly during public holidays, high-volume periods or service disruptions. If an order is materially delayed, contact DEEN COLLECTION through the support channel shown on the website.
